ဆရာတော် “ဓမ္မစက္ကပဝတ္တနသုတ်” တရားတော်ကိုဟောမည့် အချိန်များမှာ အောက်ပါအတိုင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။

We invite you to join the 10-day meditation retreat.
The first day of the retreat is July 22, 2024, at 6:30 a.m. (Pacific Time), and it will commence with an opening ceremony, during which Sayadaw will begin teaching meditation techniques. The 10-day retreat will conclude with a celebration on July 31, 2024, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. (Pacific Time).
During retreat, Bhante will coach you on meditation practice at the following times:
- 6:30 to 8 am (Pacific Time)
- 8 to 9:30 pm (Myanmar Time)
During retreat, Bhante will do a dhamma talk on “Dhammacakkappavattana Sutta” at the following times:
- 5:30 to 7 pm (Pacific Time)
- 7 to 8:30 pm (Myanmar Time)
The rest of the time during the retreat is for meditation practice. We will share the detailed program for the retreat as the date approaches.
